By booking your stay at Lumeah by the Creek, you agree to the following terms. We aim to keep things fair and transparent so you can enjoy a relaxed and memorable experience.

1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received.

We accept bookings via our website, Lodgify, Airbnb, or direct enquiry.

Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival may be refunded (minus any platform or admin fees).

Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit part or all of the payment.

Early departure or no-show is non-refundable.

Group or full-property bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

3. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Bookings made through platforms like Lodgify or Airbnb are also subject to their terms and conditions.

We do not store your payment details — these are securely handled by the booking platform.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in from 3:00pm | Check-out by 10:00am
-
Late check-outs may be available by prior arrangement and may incur a fee.

5. Liability

Guests stay at their own risk.

Lumeah by the Creek is not responsible for injury, loss, damage or inconvenience caused by weather events, fire bans, power outages, wildlife, or any situation beyond our control.

6. Damage, Cleaning & Conduct

We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning or damage.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the property, wildlife, and other guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings.

7. Exclusive Property Hire
-
Full property bookings must confirm guest numbers in advance.
-
Additional guests or visitors must be pre-approved.
-
Some events (e.g. retreats, reunions) may require a bond or separate agreement.
